"Los Fuereños no son un restaurante: son un centro de rehabilitación para almas rotaa y cuerpos arrasados por la noche anterior. Aquí la birria no es un platillo, es una religión, y el altar está lleno de quesabirrias, tortas, birriamen, chilaquiles, tacos… hasta postres y micheladas que parecen diseñadas para regresarte la vida. No importa en qué estado llegues: mareado, despeinado, con los ojos rojos como semáforo de madrugada. Sales distinto. La grasa es generosa, la carne suave y sabrosa, el caldo te abraza por dentro como si redimiera todos tus pecados. La especialidad es clara: aquí todo lleva birria, y todo está *deliciosísimo*. El menú parece escrito por alguien que decidió que no hay límites para este manjar. Solo me gustaría que vendieran también agua mineral."
